" Miss You " - Westlife

     Westlife is boy band I love the most and in many songs were sung by band, maybe the song " I Miss you " make me feel the most impression. The Song was written by  Bobby Colomby and Greg Phillinganes. It is a cover of Westlife song from their first album (1999). This is one of the hit songs of Westlife. 

     Westlife is one of boy bands are famous in the world. Westlife were an Irish boy band formed in 1998. There are five members in group: Shane Filan, Mark Feehily, Kian Egan, Nicky Byrne and Brian Mc Fadden. They disbanded in 2012 after finishing their farewell tour.

     I choose this song and Westlife because when I listen to it, I always feel relax and comfortable. I have already listened it since I was studying 3 grade however until now I still can listen to it anytime I can: when I feel bored or tension and sometimes it also make me realize that: Love and Life are wonderful, there are two main factors make a world beautiful.

The Lion King

       I like many movies but probably like The Lion King the most. This movie made a strong impression on me and although I have seen it many times but until now I still feel very interested in it. The movie was produced by Walt Disney Feature Animation and was released by Walt Disney Pictures. The Lion King is in English and was released on June 15, 1994 with a running time is 87 minutes. It's the 32nd in the Walt Disney Cartoon series. The movie was dubbed by famous actors such as: Matthew Broderick, Jeremy Irons, Moria Kelly, Ernie Sabella, Rowan Atkinson, James Early Jones, Jonathan Taylor Thomas, Nathan Lane, Robert Guillaume,  Cheech Marin, Jim Cummings and Madge Sinclair. 
   The main characters are: _ Mufasa - Simba's father, the King of the Pride Lands as the film begins.
                                             _ Sarabi - Mufasa's queen, Simba's mother and the leader of the lioness hunting party.
                                             _ Mufasa and Sarabi's son, who becomes King of the Pride Lands.

                                                            _ Scar - Mufasa's younger brother and Simba's uncle, who usurps the throne.

                                             _ Nala - Simba's best friend and later his queen.

                                             _ Timon and Pumbaa - Simba's best friends.

                                             _ Shenzi, Banzai and Ed -  the three members of the hyena who serve Scar.

       The movie is about the life of animals with Mufasa's governance, the King of Pride Lands, Africa and Sarabi - Mufasa's queen, the leader of the lioness hunting party. After, Simba was born, his parents and the animals are very happy because he will be a King in the future but Mufasa's younger brother and who is Simba's uncle and always wants to kill his brother and usurps the throne of his brother. So, he staged a plan to kill Mufasa and blamed Simba. After, death of Simba's father, he felt guilty and thought that was his fault. Moreover, Scar also advises him to run away and to never come back.  Thus, Simba left his kingdom. However. Scar orders the hyenas to go after Simba and kill him, but he is able to escape. Scar then announces to the pride that both Mufasa and Simba were killed and steps forward as the new king, he shakes hands with hyena to control Pride Lands. Simba wanders around to many places and meets Timon and Pumbaa, they become best friends. Year by year Simba grows up and become a brave and strong lion. After Simba meets his spirit's father and understand as well as realizes Scar's scam, he comes back to the kingdom and with his mother and Nala kills Scar. After that Simba becomes the King of Pride Lands.

       I love this movie because it made me believe in myself more and have to try my best to find again things belong to me and protect it. Besides, I also understand more about friendly and family.

Introducing Myself

      Hello, I would like to introduce about myself to everybody. My full name is Pham Minh Duc, but you can call me is Alex and I'm 20 years old. I'm a international student from Viet Nam which is a beautiful country in South East Asia. I was born and grow up in Ha Noi, the capital of my country. There four members in my family: My parents, my younger sister and I. My father is a director of a small company, my mother is a doctor at a hospital in Ha Noi, my younger sister is studying at high school. I also graduated in my country then I decided to study in America to look for new things. My mother language is Vietnamese and now I can speak English. I have been living in Seattle more than 2 months so I think that now my English is not bad, however I still always try to practice English anytime I can. Moreover, I'm studying English program in Seattle Central Community College and that's why my English is improving. I always study and I hope that I can speak English well as soon as possible. Actually now, in the world English is very popular and important, if I can speak English very well , I can get a good job with high salary and have a high standard of living in Viet Nam. My major is business administration, this is a very interesting major. The subject which I like studying most is math and chemistry and I feel so bored when I study biology. Somebody told me that I have good personality such as: easygoing, kind, friendly and hard-working. I always want to help people who needs my help. Besides, I also always finish homework before go to class... However, I think that I have many weak points as I feel very shy when I stand in front of many people to talk about something, so on...  but I will always try my best to more complete myself.

    In my free time, I like reading books and listening to music, sometime I play soccer with my friends at the weekend. Especially, I really like to hang out or shopping with my best friends. I hope that I will graduate SCCC and transfers to University of Washington. My dream is after I finish to study in America I could travel over the world in the near future, then I will come back Viet Nam and open a my own finance company and earn a lot of money (^_^).That's all what I can say about myself.
